This policy explains how Armani Funding Pte Ltd (UEN 202552167W) ("Armani Funding", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you complete our eligibility check, we collect your name, mobile number, email, company name (for business enquiries) and your answers about the financing you need, your income or business, and your credit record. We also record which advertisement or website brought you to us.

How we use it

We use your information to assess which financing options may suit you, to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your enquiry, and to arrange your consultation. With your separate agreement during the consultation, we share the information needed with banks and financial institutions to apply for financing on your behalf.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta to measure how visitors use the site and how well our advertising works. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep the information from your enquiry for 3 months, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer at afyq@armanifunding.com.
